Neil Kashkari, President of the Minneapolis Fed, stated on Monday that discussions should be held regarding a potential U.S. interest rate cut in September due to concerns about a weakening labor market and a slowing inflation outlook.
According to the FedWatch tool, the market predicts a 50 basis points interest rate cut by the Federal Reserve, with a 76.5% chance of a 25 basis points cut in September.
As for the Eurozone, key data on business activity and the CPI could influence the European Central Bank's (ECB) decision in September. Investors are predicting that the ECB may gradually lower interest rates due to concerns that inflation could rise again.
